fa سینوس هیپوپلاستیک ماگزیلاری یک طرفه: گزارش یک مورد رادیولوژی Radiology گزارش مورد Case Report <p dir="RTL" style="font-style:normal;"><span style="color:#003300;"><em><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="page-break-after:auto"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal">درک هیپوپلازی سینوس ماگزیلاری و انواع سینوازال مرتبط برای موفقیت تشخیصی و درمانی جراحی سینوس و ایمپلنت دندان فک بالا بسیار مهم است. این مقاله به منظور گزارش یک مورد نادر از هیپوپلازی یک طرفه سینوس ماگزیلاری که همراه با جابجایی تحتانی کف اوربیت و بدون درگیری </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-weight:normal">Uncinated Process</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> بود؛ ارائه گردید. خانمی 31 ساله برای انجام رینوپلاستی به بخش جراحی فک، صورت و دهان دانشکده دندانپزشکی بابل مراجعه نمود و هیچ علایمی نداشت. همچنین سابقه بیماری زمینه‌ای، مادرزادی یا تروما در دوران کودکی و سایر بیماری‌های استخوانی و ناهنجاری نداشت. توموگرافی کامپیوتری با پرتو مخروطی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-weight:normal">(Cone Beam Computed Tomography: CBCT)</span></span><span style="font-weight:normal"> انجام شده، هیپوپلازی سینوس ماگزیلاری سمت چپ، پایین آمدن کف اوربیت و افزایش ضخامت مخاط سینوس را نشان داد. همچنین در فتوگرافی بیمار پایین آمدن کف اوربیت مشاهده شد. تشخیص سینوس هیپوپلاستیک بر اساس تظاهرات بالینی و نمای کرونال </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-weight:normal">CBCT</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-weight:normal">CT</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> داده شد. از عوارض سینوس هیپوپلاستیک می‌توان به سردرد مزمن، درد صورت و مشکلات صدا اشاره کرد و گاهی ممکن است بدون علامت باشد. در صورت عدم آگاهی جراح از هیپوپلاستیک بودن سینوس، عوارض جراحی پیچیده‌تر خواهد شد و حتی از نظر ظاهری ممکن است بعد از جراحی، پایین بودن کف اوربیت بیشتر نمایان شده و بیمار به اشتباه تصور کند که از عوارض جراحی است. بر طبق مطالعه حاضر، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-weight:normal">CBCT</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> اطلاعات تشخیصی ارزشمندی را در خصوص تنوع آناتومیک و جزئیات سینوس هایپوپلاستیک در اختیار می‌گذارد که به جراح کمک می‌کند؛ در کنار آگاهی بخشی به بیمار، دید بهتری برای ارائه مناسب‌ترین طرح درمان برای بیمار در اختیار داشته باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></em></span></p> <p style="font-style:normal;"></p> <span style="color:#003300;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span new="" roman="" times="">Understanding maxillary sinus hypoplasia (MSH) and associated sinonasal variants is crucial for the success of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in maxillary sinus and maxillary dental implant surgery. The aim of this study was to investigate a rare case of unilateral maxillary sinus hypoplasia associated with lower orbital floor displacement, without involving the Uncinate process. A 31-year-old woman presented to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Babol Dental School for rhinoplasty without any complaints of headache or nasal congestion. She had no history of trauma, congenital or bone diseases/abnormalities. Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) images revealed left maxillary sinus hypoplasia, lower orbital floor, and increased thickening of the sinus mucosa. The patient&#39;s photograph also showed lower displacement of the orbital floor. The diagnosis of unilateral maxillary sinus hypoplasia in this study was based on clinical manifestations and coronal views of CBCT and CT scans. Symptoms of hypoplastic sinus include chronic headache, facial pain, voice problems, or may sometimes be asymptomatic. If the surgeon is not aware of the hypoplasticity of the sinus, complications during surgery may increase, including post-surgery complications such as visibility of the low orbital floor and resulting patient confusion. This study highlights the importance of using CBCT as a valuable diagnostic tool to identify anatomical variations and details of the hypoplastic sinus.
